"I thought that the hotel is a tiny bit isolated - I walked .75km from the S-Bahn. However, their shuttle service to the airport (both terminals) is excellent."

Popular sites like the cathedrals and the castle were all in walking distance. We appreciated the laundry facilities as well. "

"Great hotel but the hotel shuttle experience was very poor. Arrived at the airport around 2245 and by the time I got to the desk for the hotel shuttle service it was 2315….i waited until midnight but NO shuttle turned up. I was forced to take a taxi for €20 to the hotel. At check-in the night manager apologised and gave me a free shuttle ticket back to the airport in the morning. Maybe the shuttle is more reliable during the daytime but late evening do not rely on it. But thanks to the Hotel...

"Very near to train station (but not loud, train is end of the line so not passing through traffic). Staff were very friendly and spoke English. Easy walk to old town area and great views. Bus to the castles picks up right across the street by the train station. Room was spacious and clean. Room stayed comfortably warm in the winter. "
