We loved the location (short walk from Leipzig Hbf), on an S-Bahn stop (Augustus-Platz), across the street from the best Christmas Market in Germany (in my biased opinion!). "The kitchen is well equipped. They are attentive towards cleanliness in the general area. However during my 6 days stay, the sink in my dorm didn't work properly for 4 days. Cleaning crew used to come and clean the room and toilets. Although they never changed the sheets or pillowcase. I didnt ask them to do so either. A few racist people were here and there. They didnt bother me much. But their bodylanguage felt unwelcoming. The location is awesome. The heating was also efficient. Overall...
