The Spa (my partner and mother used) was a little tired and some bits were out of order. Breakfast was lovely and all but one staff member were amazing. Parking was easy, it was a great break and looking forward to visit again once the building is completed. "

It's not actually room service, you have to go downstairs to get it when it's ready, which I didn't realize, so I was waiting and waiting for my food to be delivered (which had said ETA 20 min) before I checked my order and realized I had to go downstairs.
