"They did not have record of my booking, even though I had made it a month in advance. I eventually had to email it to the man at the front desk. Wifi was spotty and unreliable in the bedroom. The mattress was harder than I like. Though the living room and bedroom looked nice, but the bathroom looked like it hadn't been updated since the 1960's: old, cracked tile, old mildew stains in the tile grout, old yellowed toilet seat, old rusty, broken drain hole cover in the middle of the floor. However Check-in and check-out took a long time, the lady in the reception called “Welaya” was very unprofessional and rude, in my opinion. Most of the time she did not even look at me while talking to me. Treated me very badly. I would not recommend or stay here again!!"

"1- Rooms was old and worn out with low hygiene 2- Breakfast is poor with low quality 3- Bathrooms are rusty, smelly and had issues with water flow and hot water availability 4- Bed stuffing is bad causing lower back pain every morning 5- AC control units did not have an auto option for cooling temp. (You have to set it manually on and off multiple times even during your night sleep) 6- No basement parking available, instead you have to park in a rear parking lot then walk to the main hotel...
