However Check-in and check-out took a long time, the lady in the reception called “Welaya” was very unprofessional and rude, in my opinion. "1- Rooms was old and worn out with low hygiene 2- Breakfast is poor with low quality 3- Bathrooms are rusty, smelly and had issues with water flow and hot water availability 4- Bed stuffing is bad causing lower back pain every morning 5- AC control units did not have an auto option for cooling temp. (You have to set it manually on and off multiple times even during your night sleep) 6- No basement parking available, instead you have to park in a rear parking lot then walk to the main hotel...

"What I liked about this hotel was its location close proximity to the Mall of Dhahran. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious and the bed was very comfy. The only con was the size of the bathroom. It was very small and the shower had no curtain, just a glass divider that covered half the shower. Not a big deal because the comfort of the room made up for it. "

"Overall it was a pleasant stay. I had booked a standard room through Expedia. I reached earlier than expected and tried to check-in at 12PM, but as the room wasn't ready, they requested me to come back after 2 hours. When I returned for the check-in later at night (after 10PM), they said no standard room were available and upgraded me the Junior Suite. It was a decent, spacious and clean Suite. Being a family of 3 (2 adults and 1 child-6yr) i requested for an extra pillow, but i was surprised...
