"Everything was great except for the room service. The food was late and disappointing. We ordered the pastry basket and cheese platter. The pastries were stale and far from fresh and the cheese platter offered limited choices and was poorly presented."

However Check-in and check-out took a long time, the lady in the reception called “Welaya” was very unprofessional and rude, in my opinion. Most of the time she did not even look at me while talking to me. Treated me very badly. I would not recommend or stay here again!!"
