"They did not have record of my booking, even though I had made it a month in advance. I eventually had to email it to the man at the front desk. Wifi was spotty and unreliable in the bedroom. The mattress was harder than I like. "The room was big but was sparsely furnished. The door conditioner worked well but was a bit noisy. The two main things I did not like was there were no towels, no drinking water, and no kettle to heat water. I'm sure I could have gone down and asked for these things but it was after midnight when I checked in and I had to get up early the next morning. There was no phone in the room."
