"We all enjoyed our stay in this Villa. It was clean and roomy with nice outdoor spaces. Some of the furniture was new and some such as the dining area furniture was quite worn. The bedrooms were nicely appointed but be prepared for outdoor showers attached to the lower level bedrooms. Also no hot water in those outdoor showers. Since it was advertised as a villa where one could walk to the beach we were surprised to find the walk almost impossible over the rocky shoreline. We did enjoy the...

"Good house, great pool set up, great location, close to town. Cons would be it def needs some updating and TLC. 2 Twin bedroom and futon room are completely separate from each other and the only access to both is an outside stairway. It's not ideal for small children. Overall I would stay again."

"This villa is quiet and beautiful! Only minutes from the hustle of Cruz Bay but you feel cozy in your own little heavenly oasis. The property has several patios with ample seating, a hot tub, and access to the water.
