"Excellent property - excellent communication with Host - excellent dealing with property management - unit was in a great location - beach chairs were great. The only thing we would rate less than excellent would be the ac unit - it was extremely hot/humid out and unit would only cool to 77 degrees inside. We are low maintenance so we never contacted anyone and overall we were very happy."

"This place is located close to the ferry port, ie less than 7 minute drive. There is a parking space reserved for you, although, I will confess, it is a tight squeeze. Don't be nervous about the hill. :-) The hostess was kind enough to provide us beach towels to use - which was great! There is ample porch space to lay your stuff out to dry. There are a lot of mosquitos due to the location but there was also many varieties of bug repellent provided by the hostess for this very issue. The kitchen...

"This villa is quiet and beautiful! Only minutes from the hustle of Cruz Bay but you feel cozy in your own little heavenly oasis. The property has several patios with ample seating, a hot tub, and access to the water. There are a couple of little walking trails from the villa (the "beach trail" is the better one) but not much walkable other than that. Roads in St. John are a bit rough but the rental they offered us managed them without issue. The hosts and their property manager were...

"The Dolphin Suites were conveniently located. We loved having parking in front of the condos. The unit was clean and very nice. The bathroom was clean and the walk in tile shower was perfect. The bed was comfortable but loud when getting into and out of."

"This experience was LOVELY for the two of us! We almost don't want to give away the secret, but these owners and managers deserve the praise! The view and the porch area was amazing, and every detail was near perfection. It almost felt like we were in Greece with the pots and adorable white with blue doors :) It was SUPER clean, pretty, and incredibly well-stocked. They even have extra beach towels, sunscreen and bug spray (don't forget that!). The decor is fresh, and calming, and it smelled...

"This is a very nice place to stay that is in a great location for anyone healthy and able to walk the short hill up from the beaches. Initially, our room had not been cleaned. However the manager was quick to respond and gave us a different unit to stay in for the first night. The unit we had most of the stay was safe and had an individual porch. Some other units share one porch and have poorly secured back patio doors. No reason not to stay here, just something to be aware of so you can prepare...

"Great little gem on St John. Unit is close to Cruz Bay, Starfish Market is right round the corner and gas station at bottom of drive. Owner was very nice and quickly responded to any questions. Unit was very clean and many amenities were provided. Beach chairs and a cooler come with the unit. Bed was very comfortable and A/C kept the unit cool. Full kitchen with plenty of space. Perfect for couples. As stated in description you need a there car or jeep to get up the driveway you have...

"I had work in St John’s and chose to stay here and will be staying here every time I have to come back. Very beautiful and clean place. Very accessible to all of the restaurants as well and everything is a 5-10 minute walk. Highly recommend"

"The villa was clean, well-stocked, was in a great location and always had convenient parking (although really steep but we had a jeep). We were really surprised by the amount of beach “stuff” - goggles, face masks, beach towels, cooler, chairs, etc. which made it so much easier to enjoy the beautiful beaches. The back-up generator worked excellent during periods when the power was going off and on. Would 100% recommend - our family of 4 (11 & 14) had a wonderful time. Also recommend Mr Pipers...

Relax on the Scenic Deck with Stunning Ocean Views – Your Perfect Retreat!

"Overall - great location. The actual condo/apartment? Was much more ‘lived in’ than the pictures showed. This is not a beachfront property. This is not really somewhere I’d want to ‘hang’ with friends or family to watch the sunset. It did have a comfortable bed and nice towels…..BUT the rooster who lived next door made sure you were up early. Wi-Fi was spotty and host was unreachable by phone and email."

Relax on the deck with stunning ocean views and cozy seating. Perfect for a serene island getaway!

"On getting to property I had a little trouble finding it but once there it was great. Very close to the grocery store and a short walk into town. It is an uphill walk to the property, past the market, on a road with little sidewalk however, the view from the deck more than made up for it. The deck is large enough for morning yoga and reading as you watch the sun go down. The property was clean, and had everything I needed for a quick getaway. I would stay there again."

"My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks in the 1 bedroom condo. We loved that we were waterfront and had our morning coffee on the balcony. The condo was in a great location in town and very walkable to town and restaurants. The kitchen was well appointed add the king bed was very comfortable. We look forward to returning!"

Paradise on earth

"We were blown away at the beauty and location of this place! It was like something out of a dream or something you only see in movies. The hosts were absolutely wonderful, and helped us with any questions about the island. The stay was wonderful and beautiful and clean. The pool overlooking the bay was wonderful to take a swim in after a day of adventure on the island. Very close to Cruz bay which is where you will find most of the restaurants shops and markets. We will be here again! I highly recommend staying here "
