"Great place. Responsive owners who live next door. Ample space for 2 people. Nice outdoor area including deck with a great view and a hot tub. Clean, everything needed for cooking, chairs and cooler. Only thing I'll say, which is a St John thing overall, have a 2 door jeep. Very least have ground clearance, 4x4 would be preferable. You won't get around this island and up and down this driveway without it. It's worth it though. Have fun! "

"VRBOs are hit or miss, but this place is an absolute hit. The host did all the little things to make us feel welcomed- waters, bug spray, little shampoos, coffee. Plus, what a beautiful place - truly a gem tucked in the “jungle” of St. John. As others have written, getting there is quite the adventure - the steepest streets I have ever been on and many discarded vehicles to get around, but nothing the hosts can do about that. Lovely visit. "

"The property is exactly as pictured and described! It is close to Cruz Bay restaurants, shops, and bars. It is our favorite VRBO that we have stayed in, and we have stayed in many. Hope to return one day!"

"If you are looking for a serene private space with ocean views and a great tropical breeze, this is the place for you! Charming cottage has everything you need…well equipped kitchen, beach towels and chairs, fans and air conditioning, and best of all, a large porch with private hot tub. Very clean. When at the cottage, we spent all of our tIme out on the porch… what a treat! Abby the caretaker made sure we had everything we needed and was very helpful with island tips. "We found the “cute cozy cottage” to be perfect for us. Jenn and Craig were very attentive to every need. Craig picked us up at the ferry and Jenn had water, cheese and crackers, cooler and beach chairs waiting for us in cute cottage. We loved our visit to st John. Cottage close to Cruz Bay and scenic North shore. "

"This sweet little cottage was perfect and exceeded all our expectations. It is clean, perfectly located, BEAUTIFUL VIEW for morning coffee's and had all the needed amenities! The driveway is a bit tricky, but if you know how to do a 5 point turn you will be good to go! We are saving this listing for our next visit and would highly recommend this spot for anything looking for a great place to stay! THANK YOU for being a part of our amazing week on island! "The unit is perfect with an AMAZING view from sun up to sunset from porch. Check in was easy, perfect location to hit the beaches, dinner in town or shopping. We frequent STJ and this unit is a new favorites! Marcus was great for communication. The unit is very clean and well stocked with all the things you need for a great trip. We can't wait to come back!"
