For a home that boasts 5 bedrooms, to make guests pay extra for any guests beyond 4 seems a disconnect from the size of the home."

"Besides the very steep hill to walk up, really loved my stay here. A few minute walk to Cruz Bay and great beaches made it very convenient but just removed enough to enjoy the sounds of St. John and a gorgeous view. Also the backyard are is well maintained and very cute. Place was overall clean, with a spacious bathroom and comfy bed. "

"We loved Seagrape! The condo was great and the amenities were incredible! We loved that they provided chairs, cooler, beach towels and had a pay as you go drinks & snacks. I asked for an extra blanket and received it almost immediately. Hopefully, we will be back again! "

"This location was amazing! Great view of the sea-easily walkable to restaurants. One just watch out is that it does back up to a main road occasionally used by trucks which can make the walk a bit hairy. I wouldn’t recommend with young kids but for older teens and adults in good shape easy to navigate. Just remember to pull all the way over and keep an eye on cars moving down the hill. Otherwise the place is very well appointed and nice. Also keep in mind since it is outdoor living style if it’s...
