"Sea shine is a quiet, private, clean and safe place. The view from the patio is outstanding! Theresa had the place well stocked with beach towels, a beach bag, spices and even snorkeling gear. The cost of the rental over NYE was fair.We enjoyed our stay however, we would’ve given 5 stars had the WiFi and the hot tub worked. The WiFi was spotty at best; perhaps not the hosts fault? The hot tub was is need of repair which we notified the host about. Overall, it was lovely and a very pleasant place...

"Alison sent information about the cottage as soon as we booked. It was nice having all the info up front. The cottage is beautiful in decor and the view looking down over Coral Bay is amazing. Alison stopped by shortly after we arrived to make sure we were all set. The cottage seemed to have everything you could possibly need. Especially appreciated the beach chairs and there were a few refreshments in the fridge. Would definitely stay here again. "

"We stayed here in December for 6 nights with our pup Lucy. The property owner, Lorraine, made us feel right at home with a greeting at the driveway when we pulled up. She is a kind, genuine person who takes great pride in her beautiful, lush gardens that she has painstakingly planted and maintained over the years. Her caretaker, Bobby is also very kind and has the patience of a saint. We had a little “oops” with the driveway gate and Bobby took care of it without complaint and without making...

"The views from the decks and pool are some of the best I have ever seen. The house had everything we needed to cook meals, grill, beach towels and beach chairs. Kandace was quick to respond to the questions we had and offered suggestions on grocery shopping and jeep rentals. It was a bit of an adventure getting up to the house but it was so worth it. It truly was a wonderful week spent with friends exploring the beautiful island of St. John."

"What an amazing stay! Everything about this place was top notch. Hidden away on the East side, away from all the tourists. The pool was great and Lorraine made sure we had everything we needed. Conveniently located by some awesome hidden gems for snorkling and hiking. Makes you feel like a local for a few days. Everyone was extremely friendly and there to help."
