"We had a fantastic stay at Raleigh’s property. Worked perfectly for our needs and close to Sudi’s which was ideal. Anyone familiar with St. Thomas knows to expect some uphill travel so that wasn’t a problem for us. Hope to stay here again in the future!"

"Had an amazing time here. The condo was nice and clean. The location is great if you’re comfortable with walking down and up steep inclines. The unit is close to Sudi’s restaurant just a quick 2 min walk. About a 5 min walk down to Sapphire beach. The host was very responsive and kind."

"Property is beautiful. Directions to find it were perfect. The views from the patio are gorgeous. The furnishings and layout are well-done.It’s in a very hilly area. I walk a lot at home and didn’t walk here due to the quantity and steepness of the hills. You will want a rental car here. It's not far from town, but roads are too steep and no wide shoulder to regularly walk into town. The villa is large and clean and worked well for us. Great off-street parking. No washer/dryer here. "We loved the balcolny the most! Coffee in the morning and a drink at night. So fun to watch the boats and the water. The room was perfect for us. We appriciated the use of beach chairs and pool noodles. Michael was super kind and helpful. We would definately come back! "

"Amazing views! Pictures online do not do it justice. Spacious. Everything you need to go to beach available in villa. Coolers, chairs, umbrella ,beach towels and even a set of hiking poles for trails. Only cons for me. Bed is quite firm and no air conditioning. Lotsbreezes"

"Whenever I visit St. Thomas, I usually stay with family, but for this trip, I decided to get my own place—and it was a great idea! I found Diane’s place on Vrbo, and it was perfect. The location was excellent, the apartment was super cozy, and it was very convenient—just a short distance from Red Hook, where there are great restaurants and souvenir shops."

"Clean, large deck that overlooked the bay with the auto ferry, beds were comfortable, bathroom looked recently update, and AC in bedrooms worked great. Walkable to Cruz Bay but you are dealing with a steep hill so you will need to be able to handle a steep incline for about 30 yards, walk in from the bay near auto ferry. It had beach chairs and coolers for use as well. Would recommend for a clean but fairly simple place with a water view."

"Great patio setting overlooking Red Hook. We could see a lot of the bay area, which made it a great setting for coffee, tea, or cocktail. Could see the comings and goings of the ferry's going over to St. John’s. Easy drive to lots of beaches. Our favorite was Lindquist. Max and Chris were super nice and helpful. Lots of water toys for our enjoyment."

"The Mafolie Hotel has been around for years. Its beautiful setting is worth the taxi ride up the mountain! On the plus side, the open air restaurant and DELICIOUS food would be a destination in itself. Our room had a lovely balcony looking over the property and out to the harbor, and the room was large and clean. However, the bathroom was outdated, the floor tile was cracked and in need of a little TLC. Overall, though, Mafolie is a great alternative to staying on the water with views that are five-star! "
