"Book it! Everything was picturesque and perfect from the breathtaking views of Fish Bay, great communication, and excellent host hospitality, this is the perfect little cottage for a getaway for two! It was nice to be a little apart from the buzz of Cruz Bay, but still a convenient 7 min away!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This is perfect spot for a couple seeking privacy, away from busy Cruz Bay. You definitely want a 4WD Jeep, we would not recommend anything else. Reserve early because we met a few people who wanted to rent a Jeep but they were all booked. The king bed was very comfortable, on the softer side. "The house was exactly as posted! It had all we needed for our stay and days lounging on the beach. We slept to the sound of tree frogs. The cottage is literally in the heart of the rainforest with complete 360 degree privacy. The beds and couches were cozy, the enclosed porch was perfect for additional space, and the AC worked perfectly. We truly loved our stay and the property manager and owner were as kind as ever!"

"Tradewinds Cottage has everything you need for a St John vacation. Well equipped kitchen plus coolers and beach chairs for hitting some of the best beaches in the world. "We loved this secluded, clean, cozy bungalow! Easy in and out, close to the beaches we love but private and quiet. Monika and Jorge were excellent hosts, right there to greet us, very attentive to our needs. Castle Villas at Bluebeard's by Capital Vacations

"The hotel in St Thomas was amazing, beautiful and very clean. The room was very large, love that there were utensils, glasses, dishes a full-size fridge and microwave. The patio is so spacious and cozy, spent a lot of mornings out there. There are two small grocery stores nearby that are great for drinks, ice and other necessities making it very convenient. We rented a vehicle and took the ferry from Red Hook to St John. Be aware of the Ferry schedule so you dont get stranded in St John, Hotels are very steep if renting because you missed the ferry. Trunk Beach is a must to visit, so beautiful. Overall, I give this hotel 5 stars! Wear walking shoes you will need them, lots of steep roads, and stairwells everywhere you go."

"We absolutely loved the view!!! Our room was very clean and pleasant. The staff was fantastic--special shout out to Kalina, Kahirah, Jeneva and Elizabeth! Kalina hooked us up with a wonderful driver (Mike) who gave us a private tour of the island. We enjoyed sitting by the pool as well as the complimentary breakfast. The hotel is still coming back from hurricane damage so the restaurant wasn't open and repairs were being made while we were there but there was nothing that interfered with our trip in terms of noise or inconvenience except the lack of nearby restaurants and the limited number of delivery options. We had a terrible experience with Dominos--avoid if at all possible. We had them answer the phone and hang up on us several times as well as delivering pasta to us (took almost an hour and a half) with no utensils. By then the front desk was closed so we had to eat with our fingers!! The hotel is a keeper--Dominos is not!"
