"Coral Sands is a nice property with big rooms, great beds and quiet after 10 pm. The band next door stopped at 10. The hotel is on the south shore and the ocean can get rough. We did have problems with lots of Sargasum seaweed. One negative was the fence and barbwire around the back and pool. Made it look like a prison. "

"My wife and I rented a two-bedroom apartment at Adulo for our visit to Barbados. The unit was a little rough around the edges, but once we'd sorted out a few things and settled in we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were pleasant and helpful, the overall property was charming, and we were within easy walking distance of amenities including beaches, restaurants and grocery stores."

"Really pleased with our stay at the Barbados Beach Club. Very quick check in process and up to our room overlooking the sea. Very clean spacious room with air con. We had a king size bed in a room for 3. As there was 2 adults and 1 child we needed a spare bed. A single bed was brought into the room as soon as they could. Ok the rooms are a bit dated but the beds and furniture is new and good quality. We loved the food nothing fancy just good quality food including roasts and BBQ. Help yourself...

"I chose this place because of the positive reviews but that was not my experience. The place does look like the pics and it's clean BUT there's also a very strong mildew odor. There were no screens in the windows so that I could air the place out. The air conditioning was the only thing abating the mildew and so I put an all the warm clothes in my bag and got through one night. I had to lose money and book another room or my Barbados vacation would have been a bust. "

"The owner/manager greeted us on arrival to show us around. Great guy. Decor is very caribbean style. Bright and loud. Have a pool which was great especially when you want to have a chilled day we don't want to go to the beach. One thing i recommend when staying here to make sure you hire a car."
