"A very inviting home, beautifully designed with high ceilings and an open layout. The pool area was well laid out. The chaise lounges were especially comfortable for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The hosts and property manager, Harriet were always available as needed and Becky was kind enough to extend our stay for a couple hours on day of checkout. "

"Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed this property. It is literally right on a beautiful beach that is not overly busy. Gorgeous sand & turquoise ocean. We spent many hours between the water and the spacious shaded deck. We had everything we needed. David was gracious in providing us airport transfers as well as some groceries to get us started which we greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend !"

"This property was adequate. The swimming pool was not located on the property. Line drying was the dryer with no clothes pins. Air conditioning was only in bedrooms, but would cool the whole unit if the doors were left open. The linens were clean and had that outdoor smell. "

"I cannot say enough positive things about our stay at Kites. There was great communication with Tim and the property manager Michael both before and during our stay. The house is in a quiet neighborhood where we always felt safe. Everything we needed for our stay was provided at the house. The pool was the star of the trip for our 4 and 5 year olds - 6 am swimming was the best! We will definitely be staying at Kites again in the future!"

"Great location, private pool. 6 min walk to beach, rum shop and restaurants. 15 minutes walk to Oistins Fish Market. If you want to avoid the chaos of the Gap and Bridgetown, I would definately recommend."

"Was supposed to be a large group of us for the week before Christmas but some never made it due flight cancellations and covid. However the property was an absolute delight. The outside areas were superb for socialising and the pool was large enough to cool off in . Beautiful setting with the sea feet away and monkeys in the garden. A car is essential to visit the great restaurants locally . Can’t recommend this place highly enough, clean , fantastically well equipped and peaceful."

"It was an amazing place and very clean! There is a gazebo outside which was a great place to hang out. It was only a few minute walk to a nice beach."

"Fantastic property right on Freights bay which was ideal for us as we were keen to spend time surfing! Lovely spacious, light and bright property, in walking distance from Oistins (bars, restaurants, supermarket and fishmarket!) and other lovely beaches. Communication with the owner was great and we had everything we needed for a fabulous week in paradise!"

"Our Stay at this beautiful home was wonderful. The property lived up to our expectations based on the photos provided. Such a view! Lots of places to relax, including 3 outdoor verandas/balconies. It is located close to The Gap where you can easily walk and find many excellent restaurants, shops and entertainment.
