"The best hotel and experience ever, and we stay in the best places and have very high standards. Valerio and Vincenzo are incredible hosts at the front desk and are so friendly and accommodating. "Very good hotel! Even in the off season. When it says limited parking it does mean LIMITED as employees take up half the spots. You can still park for the same price and they will pick up your car and drive it to their extra lot, you just need to give them an hour notice if you want your car. "

"We were pleasantly surprised by the Hotel Forum. The location was great as the south exit of the ruins is right out front. The room was very spacious, and had the best bed of the trip! The room was clean and comfortable. The morning breakfast was outstanding, and all of the staff were very nice. We had dinner at the hotel twice, and each meal was excellent. Hotel Forum was perfect and outdid our expectations!"

"This hotel is fine. The valet situation is impossible it took nearly an hour for them to find our car upon checkout. Additionally when we checked in they did not have the room I had booked with two beds so we had to change rooms for our second night. The staff was extremely accommodating and polite and it’s possible our issues were singular but I wouldn’t stay again as a result. "
