A well maintained and pretty hotel, staff is quite friendly and very helpful. It felt luxurious yet it was affordable. Only a 25 minute walk to the center of town, the train and the port. Plenty to do in the area. We enjoyed our stay!

This place is so beautiful close to everything people at the front desk really nice and always wan to help the breakfast in the morning is great . the bar at the roof is a plus they guys at there are amazing really good drinks specially Marco and vinchenzo really professionals also two girls at the front desk can remember they names

Staff were all fantastic and great dining experiences. Concierge and front desk were sooo helpful with excellent guidance for exploring the area. Highly recommend this hotel. The roof top outdoor lounge has incredible panoramic views with a very relaxing atmosphere.

The staff at the hotel were brilliant. It is an excellent permanent staff team who are super helpful without being intrusive. The property is well maintained and the gardens and pool lovely. Look out for the trees in the garden growing both oranges and lemons on the same tree!

We had a great 3 night stay at the Majestic Palace Hotel in Sant Agnello / Sorrento. The hotel was beautiful and very clean, and is an easy 10 minute walk from the Sant Agnello train station, or a 30 minute walk to the Sorrento train station. It is super convenient to all other sites in Sorrento. Great restaurants in the area. The staff members were great super friendly, and were very eager to answer our questions, and offered up great local suggestions for us. The grounds were incredible - with a beautiful pool, and rear gardens, including beautiful roses, lemon trees, and orange trees. The breakfast was fantastic! Thank you for a great stay!

Everything about the hotel was amazing minus the bed quality. The staff was super helpful, kind and top notch! The location was safe and beautiful. The rooftop bar was fabulous! The only small complaint was the bed/mattress was not very comfortable and for the price and quality of everything else, we were expecting a much more comfortable bed. Would not return because of this but was lovely otherwise!

Excellent stay. Beautiful views of Vesuvius and surrounding area from fourth floor balcony room. Main bar, rooftop bar, restaurant, pool and orangery/gardens so lots of leisure space. Which felt very serene. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Would love to have stayed longer.30 minute walk into Sorrento centre, and five minute walk to train station with links to Pompeii and Herculaneum.

Hotel is very nice. Breakfast has gone viriety of food. I love mushrooms a lot. Service is excellent. Everyone is attentive. Nobody passing by if you are looking lost or need something. The only thing for me and my friend - it's 2 km from the center of Sorrento where tours are starting, and where port.
