"Bongiorno! The staff at this hotel were extremely accommodating to the point where they made us feel like we were staying at our friend’s place. The rooms are small, but that is to be expected. There was a lot of shelf space in the room to put our stuff which was nice, the location was fantastic being only steps away from the path to the beach and tour ships, as well as TONS of wonderful shops with amazing things to purchase including hand made sandals made right in front of us. The restaurants were amazing, including Da Vincenzo, where we had an amazing meal and personalized service from the owner himself. Every day we were there, we walked the beautiful street for exercise and see amazing views everywhere we turned. We ended up at il San Pietro one day, which is a Michelin property. It’s very expensive but a nice place to visit for the breathtaking views, amazing drinks and snack presentation and exquisite property tucked into the mountainside. Hotel Bougainville is definitely a place we’d stay again on our next trip to the fabulous town of Positano. Ciao! Chris "

"This was one of the best hotel experiences of my life. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, the inclusive breakfast was exceptional, the view and location was stunning, quiet, and convenient. The hotel is located a bit further up the mountain, which will require additional elevation to climb, but again, it adds to the beauty and quiet, but also forces you to navigate past several of the highest rated and recommended restaurants and cocktail bars. Positano exceeded expectations and this is in large part due to this hotel. We will be back!"
