"We loved our stay at the Cairns Plaza Hotel! Our apartment was spacious and clean, with a fantastic view and huge balcony. The location was perfect and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room had good amenities for a long stay, including a mini fridge, microwave, and kettle. Our only major complaint was the lack of an in-room safe. You can store valuables in the front desk safe, but they’re not individual safety deposit boxes like I’ve used in other hotels. Minor suggestions for...

"Great location easy walkable to distance to everything you may need. Communication was great and helpful. Only issue was we could hear others moving stuff around and doing stuff now and again. Car parking space was a bit of a struggle, but worked it out. "
