"Nothing like it's description, paid for two suites, no description telling you that you have to take a boat to the hotel, when we got there they had one room not in either catigory that we paid for. Had four twin beds, toilet was broken in half, water was leaking into the room, had no wifi as described, air conditioner did not work at all, door didn't lock. You can't make this stuff up, it just kept getting worse. Takes to others staying at hotel and they had same experience, so it wasn't...

"American man, Colombian wife, 2 American teenage boys: Overall the apartment was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. Very clean and within walking distance to the entire city and beaches. Nice pool within the complex as well. It was quiet at night even though you're in the heart of the city walls. A few minor miscommunications with management, but nothing that impacted our stay in a negative manner. Overall, very happy with this apartment. "

"This apartment is a scam! I arrived here from the airport just to find out there is no room waiting for you. The front desk does not know anything about your itinerary and good luck getting a hold of the so called owner! Terrible experience which I will be taking high up and I want a full refund because I was not able to check into this apartment at all"
