"I was about to book a hotel in Bocagranda when the guy on the plane said DONT - stay in the old city...boy am i glad I did. The staff was amazing, learning my name and making sure i had anything i needed. its a beautiful building...its older but they are always working to keep it up to date. I got a room with a balcony and would sit there in the AM and drink tea (had to get hot water from room service, very fast but a little kettle would have been nice.) you cant ask for a better location like...

"The main differentiating feature at this wonderful RC is the friendliness and attention to service by staff and management. Remembering small preferences and remembering names and likes for breakfast are a couple of examples. Of course and we’ll take care of it are ingrained into the staff. We’d go back in a heartbeat and strongly recommend to one and all."

"The building consists of four floors centred around a central open air atrium with lots of cascading plants. There is a swimming pool too. The staff were very friendly and helpful."
