"My family and I stayed at this hotel for one night before catching the ferry to San Pedro the next day, and we were very pleased with our experience. The hotel was clean and welcoming, and as a bonus, they offered us complimentary breakfast due to some ongoing construction—a thoughtful gesture that we really appreciated. The ferry to Belize was only about a 5-minute drive away, and the hotel arranged a ride for us for around $2.50 USD per person, which made things super convenient. The hotel’s location is fantastic! We were able to explore the area along the strip, which had a nice selection of bars and shops. We even found a bar nearby (I believe it was called Hush) that was just a short 5-minute walk away. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the restaurant on the fifth floor. The menu prices are listed in Belizean dollars, so don’t be alarmed by the numbers—they’re reasonable once you do the conversion. I ordered the ceviche, and it was delicious and generously portioned. My family couldn’t resist, and we all ended up sharing it! We dined at the restaurant twice and had two great servers: a gentleman with glasses and light skin."

"This resort was a beautiful respite from the world. Waking up to the beautiful Caribbean every morning was breathtaking. The staff at the resort and restaurant were absolutely fantastic. The only drawback about staying here is the distance to town. You’re 7 miles from San Pedro and driving a golf cart on a road that is mostly dirt with a ton of potholes and when it rains you’re having to navigate HUGE puddles/mud pits. There was a day where the resort had to cut power all day, which was a bummer, but we went on an excursion! Make sure to check out Secret Beach, snorkeling and Caye Caulker!"

"My stay at The Palms in Belize City was amazing! I came across this property late in my visit, but I’m so glad I did, as it’s now my favorite place to stay in the city!! The property is well maintained and very clean. I felt very safe and appreciated the gate opener to make driving in easy. The Palms paid attention to the details and I love that. Marlon provided excellent service and the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing! I felt taken care of from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. I’ve already recommended The Palms Belize to a couple friends and I’ll for sure be back on my next visit! "
