Our mini fridge didn't work and when we told the employee at the front desk, he actually just shrugged his shoulders and didn't respond. "Had a brilliant stay here. Girls in reception are so helpful and want to do as much as they can for you. Though I think one was a bit shocked that on our 25th wedding anniversary we had booked the Honeymoon Suite!! Great room with a spa right in the room! Bathroom was HUGE!! Brilliant and comfy bed. We had a room upstairs so be aware of you have heavy luggage. There was an on-site beautician available to book. Convenient location. Easy to find. Would recommend and happily stay here again. "

Please note: the speedway is loud because it’s close BUT they finish at a reasonable time so it doesn’t keep you awake etc. Nice room, we had a mezzanine floor with queen bed upstairs, everything else was on the bottom floor.
