Stayed for 5 nights, very poor House keeping service 2 consecutive days no water no towel for the shower. noisy hallways in the morning, employees radios too loud. Made me paid for late check out...they almost kick me out of the room. I was only 15 minutes late. I booked this hotel before but it seems now they only care about the money and no to provide a decent service.

The place was clean and close to everythingā€¦.but the water pressure was horrible. Like the shower was just drips at times. Iā€™m not overly picky but I do need decent to good water pressure. Alsoā€¦since itā€™s right near the Revuā€¦itā€™s loud and the party doesnā€™t seem to end till 7am. So take ear plugs

First time staying here and I loved it! If you rent out the balcony suites be prepared to sleep with music on all night, many bars and clubs play loud music all night. I had no problem since I knew this would happen, staff is friendly and professional (based on my experience), if you have an issue they will look for a solution asap. I definitely will be coming back again, location is perfect and it has 2 entries - 1 on Calle Emiliano Zapata and 1 on Avenida RevoluciĆ³n.
