"The room was like an icebox. The temperature was colder than outside. We stayed at this hotel in the past, but when the weather was warmer. We will not stay there again in the winter time. Our floor was still under renovation & the hallway was open. A heater was not available."

I felt welcomed and every question I had, they were able to answer. Many dining options nearby and within a comfortable walking distance. The room I stayed in was nice and organized.
