"Friendly staff who have been very welcoming and thoughtful during our stay here. We appreciate the services that everyone provided. I had the best time at the spa during my massage and hydrotherapy session. That was a five star experience. Regarding drinks and food selection, I thought it was average as with most all inclusive resort, so that’s why I didn’t give it a five star across the board. But overall, my family and I have enjoyed our time here very much."

"We did not have a good experience about our check-in services ! I had booked an ocean view room but it was not even a partial view. The process to change our room turned into a very unpleasant experience ! Long story short, we almost were going to call the Tourist Police to resolve the issue ! "
