"We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The staff in all areas were exceptional. Jesus and Daniel were very attentive and helpful poolside. Raull and all the the bellmen did a great job when a taxi was needed. We ate at most of the restaurants at both resorts and found the food and service went above and beyond. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The spa offered a variety of services My massage was amazing. We would definetly consider returning to La Estancia for another vacation."

"This is a lovely property. Service was excellent. Grounds are beautiful. Pools are beautiful. Morning buffet was great, evening buffet was sub par. Japanese restaruant was excellent. Taco truck was excellent. Beach club was excellent with easy access. We had a lovely stay. Towels in rooms could use replacing but room was very clean."

"Upon arrival at the property we noticed that the room we chose( jungle view) was towards the construction site next door. It’s not a pretty site to see so we decided to upgrade to ocean view with access to secrets and their restaurants. A lot more enjoyable, view is towards the inside courts/ ocean. The upgrade was reasonable and we are glad we did it. The roof top pools are breathless and the restaurants have more options if you are traveling with adults only. Some of the restaurants are adults...
