No beach/sea view, but closest to walk to the beach from side gate. Ours were locater on 2nd floor so do note if mot ambulant enough. Internally, Villa has a master bedroom with bathroom and another bedroom with 2 single beds on the ground floor. Common bath and separate toilet also on ground floor.
