The con I would say is the busy traffic (Range) when trying to maneuver back into the street, which isn't the hotel's fault so I guess that would go under location. "The staff was very friendly. They are finishing up a remodel, i was surprised by that. The Lobby was getting a new floor, it will be very nice. Free hot breakfast was good. Bed was comfy and i loved the walk-in shower."
