"We had a great stay here during our Mexico City trip. The only downside we thought (and the reason for the 4 star and not 5) was we didn’t get free water in the hotel other than the 2 bottles we received during check in. We were 4 guests and upon requesting for a couple more bottles, we were told to buy it from the vending machine or go downstairs to Walmart. We didn’t have change handy and had to go down to Walmart and stand in a line for checkout (it was about to close and had a long time)"
