"This property is exactly like the name suggests. It is good value for the area, but not a place you'll want if you spend a lot of time in your room. If you're sightseeing and enjoying the town of St. Augustine, Budget Inn is a perfectly reasonable base camp to go and explore."

"The property is advertised offering digital check in. The app required for check in was not functional for the pre check in process. I had to place a call to complete this process before checking in. When checking in there was also an issue with getting a digital key on my phone. Not a contact free property as advertised. I was given key cards for the room by the housekeeping staff at check in, as were others checking in at the same time. "

"This property is just super! The place is not, thankfully, like a big chain hotel. The breakfast was great, it is just off the beaten path, the walk to town across the bridge is easy, and the happy hour at the end of the day was very nice. Our host, Rick, was most helpful with dining suggestions and tourists hints. If you would like a bit of an old fashioned place -- this is for you! I would definitely stay there agin."

"Best hotel in St Augustine. Clean smart room excellent location as walking distance from centre but away from noise. Good size rooms lovely balcony overlooking boats and sunset with visiting dolphins! Service was impeccable- friendly staff who couldn’t be any more helpful. Wonderful 3 night stay - just wish it could have been longer! "
