"In this case you get what you pay for- we literally stayed for a few minutes and left- the guest service front desk lady was nice enough to let us in after hours but once we got further in to the room we left- roaches and smell of marijuana was too overwhelming. Hassle free process for refund/ the staff are too good for this place. "

"Our stay at this house was very nice. The house is really well appointed and very clean. The property manager allowed us to check in very early since our flight landed before check in time. We did have to have two plumbers come on the same day to fix some issues but they were done very promptly. The only complaint I have is the master bedroom is extremely hot. We set the house temperature down to 68, and the master bedroom stayed hot. Maybe the air needs to be balanced.? "

"Love this place. Very spacious. We had a party of 16 and there was plenty of room for everyone. We stayed entertained with the basketball goal, pool/hot tub, game room, cornhole, and movie room. Check in was smooth; early check in was allowed. The place was very clean. The showers were amazing. No worries of having no hot water due to a large group. And the best part is Chet and JC are a great host and concierge. Any questions, JC answered very quickly and Chet stayed in contact thru the entire...
