"I use a mobility scooter and had to beg the staff on a daily basis to bring it into the hotel. They made life very unpleasant for me every time I came through the door."

A small balcony available it you wish to sit outside (the view was the neighbouring office building- so don't stay if you want amazing views!). It was perfect for our travel needs.
