"You couldn’t ask for a nicer room with a balcony overlooking the Venetian Harbor. The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to help us get taxis and a rental car. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options and was a nice way to start everyday."

"We were only there for one night but the check in was extremely easy! The room was spacious and clean. I will add for those who need accessibility that there is no lift at the property. Overall a comfortable night!"

"Great property! Walkable to a lot of restaurants, shopping and sight seeing. If you rent a car it is difficult to part other than paying for the garage near by. Would highly recommend "

Katerina was very welcoming and gave us so good tips for walking routes and restaurants. Our room was excellent, very clean and well furnished. We would definitely stay there again."

"The property is outstanding, very clean and beautiful. The bathrooms are a bit outdated but very clean. The exterior, pool, garden area are beautifully set up and very zen. It’s not very close to anything other than 2-3 restaurants so you need a car. But coming back to this spot after your day on the beach or any other place feels really good! "

"Very clean room. Near bus station. If you want to take a bus out of town, it's right next to the property. Very convenient to take airport bus to and from airport. Walkable distant to old town and harbour and Chalidon street. Quiet at night. Can rest well after day out. Reasonable pricing. Friendly staff. "

"Beach front, there is a nice swimming pool in the property. I wish we could have a room with better view. That was not an issue. Need some improvements for the shower room. "

"I only spent 1 night in Diana but I really enjoyed my stay there. It’s only 2mins away from the central bus stop and it’s walkable distance from city centre. The lady owner is really friendly and the place is spotless and bed was comfortable. I liked that I had kettle in my room and some complementary coffee. Great place if you want like me to explore Chania for a bit and later on move somewhere else into different part of the island. Highly recommend!"

"Outstanding property and service! The breakfast was the best I've had in Greece! The pool is clean and modern and they had free parking. The service was perfect. Highly recommend you stay here for touring Chania and the West Coast of Crete. Not too far from Balos Beach or Chania."

"This was our first time to Greece and we booked sansal based on reviews and how close it was to the ocean. When we arrived the staff were so great and very helpful, they were also very friendly and gave good recommendations where to visit and where to eat. We will be staying here when we come back!"

Excellent hotel & service

"Had a fantastic stay at this lovely and quite new hotel. Staff were excellent, friendly and nothing too much bother. Really well situated, a very short walk to the beach and just minutes drive from the centre. Breakfast was really good and would definitely recommend and stay again!"

"Superb service and friendly staff. Hotel Manager gave us a later than normal check out which made a big difference to our experience (thank you). Great way to end the trip. Our room was so lovely with a large private pool area. Loved it."
