I loved every aspect of my room - the heated bathroom floor, the spaciousness, the super comfy bed, the balcony, the window coverings, and the stocked fridge. "My room had a beautiful view of the Ocean and the light house. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The Venetian harbor is at a short walking distance but the hotel is in a quiet area. Breakfast was one of the best of our trip. Overall and excellent hotel"

"Property was clean, modern, and safe with nice view of water. Welcome beverage was an unexpected treat. Warm breakfast buffet was good. My only complaint would be the limited parking with no signage. The congested area is very convenient to the waterfront dining. Great hotel despite limited parrking. "

"Fantastic location for young families that want to relax by the pool / pebbled beach. Lots of parking, good restaurant on site, and really friendly staff who arranged a baby cot and chair well before we checked in! Only thing is the rooms have a slightly dated decor. Very small tvs and old style coffee filter. Might benefit from a small upgrade to nespresso and slightly better entertainment system. But these are minor issues. If you have an ocean view suite, you can spend lots of happy hours on the balcony enjoying a book. Chania old town is also very close ."

"Location of sublime! Tons of restaurants nearby, really good ones too. Lots of shopping as well. Breakfast buffet was very impressive, top quality and exceptional. My only issue was that the room was very small and more suitable for one person, not two. Otherwise, an excellent option. Private parking as well which we appreciated."
