"Property was clean, modern, and safe with nice view of water. Welcome beverage was an unexpected treat. Warm breakfast buffet was good. My only complaint would be the limited parking with no signage. The congested area is very convenient to the waterfront dining. Great hotel despite limited parrking. "

"George the the bellhop was extremely helpful , friendly, and gave us some recommendations on our route to see a few of the closest beaches. The hotels in a great location close to the port with plenty of really good food. Options parking was very convenient and breakfast was really delicious. Would stay again."

"Fantastic location for young families that want to relax by the pool / pebbled beach. Lots of parking, good restaurant on site, and really friendly staff who arranged a baby cot and chair well before we checked in! Only thing is the rooms have a slightly dated decor. Very small tvs and old style coffee filter. Might benefit from a small upgrade to nespresso and slightly better entertainment system. But these are minor issues. If you have an ocean view suite, you can spend lots of happy hours on the balcony enjoying a book. Chania old town is also very close ."

"Location of sublime! Tons of restaurants nearby, really good ones too. Lots of shopping as well. Breakfast buffet was very impressive, top quality and exceptional. My only issue was that the room was very small and more suitable for one person, not two. Otherwise, an excellent option. Private parking as well which we appreciated."

"Staying at Mossa was one of the best decisions I made for my trip to Chania. The room was super clean and spacious, with a great view overlooking the pool. The location was perfect for someone who prefers not to stay in the town but still wants certain accessibility to it, either by taxi or public transportation. But what I enjoyed most during my stay was the hospitality: Everyone on the Mossa team was so professional, patient, and helpful - shout out to Alex and Eva for their help fixing my itinerary by making calls with the locals and to Charlotte and Ana for their 5-star service. I will certainly come back next time I am in the area again! "
