"The Lake House was spacious and equipped with everything we needed for a large family gathering. The host gave clear directions to find the property and where to park (4 spots available). Ideas for restaurants were provided. We spent time in Letchworth State Park (breath-taking), at wineries and antique shops nearby. It was a great autumn weekend in New York!"

"This was our second time at this rental. Very clean, great location - view of lake, surrounding hills... 3 floors, bedrooms on top, living room & kitchen in center, and playroom, outlet to back yard/barbecue, and washer/dryer on bottom. - 2 1/2 bathrooms one per floor. Range, dishwasher, full size fridge, seasonings, coffee maker, seasonings, dishes/pots/pans... TV programs were easy to use and good variety. We recommend it highly!!! And we shall return... "My wife and I loved our time in this hidden gem. The garden, feilds, and pool were an amazing oasis. The host was responsive and accomodating. The inside is so cozy, and the beds are amazing comfortable. Plus the location near Rochester gave us access to friends as well as things we wanted to do. Food options are minimal, and the kitchenette doesn't have plates or cups, but as long as you bring the food you want you're all set to go!"

"Paul was very attentive and prompt in our communications. Everything was spelled out in the agreement and everything from booking to departing went smoothly. The house is located about a 5 minute drive to great restaurants and small quaint town nearby. Everyone had a great time and the house was great for our gathering. First thing we noticed was the extremely large dining table which was great for all our purposes. Located amongst the corn & alfalfa fields in a very quiet but beautiful area....

"The house is great, bed comfy and love that it is across street from a fun Alpaca farm that we toured (and purchased a few early Christmas presents!). The owners left a light and the AC on so comfortable from the start! Also this is a good spot to use when touring around Canandaigua and Honeoye Falls. And sitting on deck saw a couple deer in the backyard’"
