We just finished a full re-vamp of the property including new roof, all new flooring, painting, updated bathroom, new decor and games. All pictures are up to date and accurate.

Our home boasts 1 bedroom, featuring a plush queen size bed, fully stocked kitchen, Smart TV to access all your favorite apps, Wifi, air conditioning, propane grill, fire pit and so much more! Bring your canoe, kayak or small fishing boat as the West River boat launch is just across the street and offers some of the best fishing and recreation in the area. Minutes from the Village of Naples, Canandaigua Lake, Finger Lakes Wineries, and Hi Tor Recreational Area for outdoor fun.

Just what we needed
A quiet, cozy, fantastic space to get away!! We had a wonderful stay in this space, from being able to cook together, to snuggling on the couch watching movies, playing the arcade games, and relaxing in the hot tub! The owners were fantastic and we highly recommend if looking for a get away!

Great cabin in Naples
My girlfriend and I stayed here for three nights and loved it. It was a perfect size for us and our two dogs. The space inside is great and includes a nice kitchen that we used to cook for two of the nights we were there. The place was very clean and the location is perfect. I am sure we will stay there again.

Ian & family We had such an enjoyable 3 night weekend. The cottage was so cozy & comfortable. Perfect location with lots of privacy. Nice Quiet Getaway

We were in town for a wedding in Naples. The location was super convenient, and the cabin was really nice. We enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub, and indoor fireplace. It had a nice kitchen for preparing meals. It felt super private. We can't wait to book again for a relaxing vacation.

Great little cottage for a peaceful getaway!
Check in was very easy, I was given a code to a lockbox. I overpacked assuming it would be a little more rustic, turns out it has all the comfort and conveniences of home. Cottage, grounds, and hot tub were clean and inviting. We were there very early spring before the leaves grew on the trees and the view was incredible! There’s a nice hiking trail a mile down the road, and water access directly across the street. This place exceeded my expectations all around! Book it!

Nice place away.
It was a nice place away from everything. The hot tub and fire pit were my favorite part of the property. The property was as advertised. The only bad thing was that a few of the grills burners were rusted out.

Terrific Property in the Finger Lakes!
My wife and I had a terrific stay here. Host was very accommodating and the property was very clean and in order. Location is very close to downtown Naples and a short ride to the wineries. 5 stars!!!!

Best hideaway getaway
This cabin was exactly what we wanted. A budget-conscious place to disappear from the world and soak in a hot tub for a weekend. Anything else with a tub was twice the price. And this was close to great food right in the village of Naples. We are already discussing booking again.

The cleaning staff was there when we got there, so we went to town. The outside property really needs some love. Inside was clean and pleasant. small shower and we couldn't get the TV to work. There's a lot of poison ivy, so we didn't go for any walks. And we had to trim some branches coming up the driveway so our truck didn't get all marked up.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this cute house. The updates are beautiful! The house was very clean and provided everything we needed for the long weekend. We enjoyed the hot tub and beautiful view, and the weather was nice enough to enjoy an outdoor fire! It was a very comfortable stay and we would definitely stay here again!

Exactly what our family needed! Perfect little spot, quiet and peaceful. Loved hot tub, arcade machine and entertainment system( Netflix, Amazon music and more). Cute cottage in the woods
This was a perfect weekend getaway. Naples is a cute town and it's only about a 25 min drive to Canandaigua lake. The house was the perfect size for a couple. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub and just relaxing at the house. The hot tub has a pretty view of a small waterfall. I would definitely rent this property again.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this lovely, quiet, cozy cottage for 3 nights. We absolutely loved it!!! Had everything we needed, very clean, we had no issues at all whatsoever. Naples is a LOVELY quiet, lowkey town and we found a quiet spot about 20 minutes away to spend a beautiful day at the lake and paddle board (Ontario Beach park). Highly recommend, we had a great experience and we're already looking forward to staying here again next year!! :)

Clean, comfortable and tranquil. The stove was fantastic for heat and the hot tub was amazing. The location was beautiful, especially with the snow fall, would love to go back in the summer and experience the water fall when it's flowing at it's fullest. Only thing I'd change is better pressure in the shower...but even still this was perfect.
