The views are espectacular, the beds incredibly comfortable, there are games to keep everyone entertained. Words cannot do it justice. It is also just a few minutes away from skiing and wineries, which was very convenient We came in the winter and had an amazing time. This is probably the best rental we have stayed at. "The Lake House was spacious and equipped with everything we needed for a large family gathering. The host gave clear directions to find the property and where to park (4 spots available). Ideas for restaurants were provided. We spent time in Letchworth State Park (breath-taking), at wineries and antique shops nearby. It was a great autumn weekend in New York!"

"This was our second time at this rental. Very clean, great location - view of lake, surrounding hills... 3 floors, bedrooms on top, living room & kitchen in center, and playroom, outlet to back yard/barbecue, and washer/dryer on bottom. - 2 1/2 bathrooms one per floor. Range, dishwasher, full size fridge, seasonings, coffee maker, seasonings, dishes/pots/pans... TV programs were easy to use and good variety. We recommend it highly!!! And we shall return... "My wife and I loved our time in this hidden gem. The garden, feilds, and pool were an amazing oasis. The host was responsive and accomodating. The inside is so cozy, and the beds are amazing comfortable. Plus the location near Rochester gave us access to friends as well as things we wanted to do. Food options are minimal, and the kitchenette doesn't have plates or cups, but as long as you bring the food you want you're all set to go!"

"We were visiting the area for Christmas to see family and friends. The house is perfect for a family of 5 or 6. The view from the living room of the lake is breathtaking. This property has 2 driveways which is great for any visitors you may have. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space and the gameroom. The property management was very responsive to us when we had a small issue (needed some items that were missing from game room). The hottub had a musty smell, they sent someone to check the...

"We were 5 couples in town for a wedding. House was a great fit, well stocked, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out or be together. The beautiful grounds were an added bonus as we enjoyed some botchy ball, and walks around the property. Would definitely recommend this house and would stay again! Hosts were great with terrific communications!"
