"Pedro was amazing! He promptly answered our questions whenever we had them. Great to know you can communicate at all hours and get things resolved. The property itself was great! Felt super safe. Loved the keyless entry, super convenient. The beds were so comfortable, place was spotless and I appreciated having a washer. "

"No provision was made for our arrival after 4 pm. Other kind residents of the condo building came to our rescue, tracked down the keys and showed us in. The host’s rules for the apartment were posted in the kitchen (like no smoking, no pets, electrical consumption, etc.) but were not stipulated at the time of renting. That could have caused a problem for some people. A/c in the living room was unreliable and the host was very slow to respond to messages. Wifi signal was weak—no wifi in one...
