"In general the staff was friendly but poorly trained and had very limited communication skills. Suite was very modern but not practical. (Only mirrors in bathroom. Bathroom lights so poor hard to shave. Electricity failures common, water would cease running without warning. Particularly bothersome in the shower. "Overall the resort was great. I was there for a wedding and enjoyed the stay. I think improvements can be made when trying to make dinner reservations. The VIP office was closed whenever I tried to make a dinner plans and had to call from my room phone. I also think for the VIP price, Wi-Fi should be offered. Had the most fun at Harmony Beach.
