The employees are great and they can speak and understand english. They can also help you sent your luggage to your next hotel.Will come back again in the future. "

"Great area to stay in. Right next to a Seven Eleven, Tokyo station, and 10 minute walk from other stations. Staff is great, rooms are small, especially for Texas sized guests, but manage if you played Tetris as a kid. One negative, is that they have combo washer/dryer machines. First cycle does not dry clothes enough, have to use the "dry more" option 2 additional times. Takes 3 hours total to complete one load to completely dry. Not the worst, just something you have to plan for. "
