"Housekeeping quality has degraded compared to my previous stays at the hotel. Dirty towels and clean clothes were left in the room after cleaning. Water was added to the liquid hand soap. The heater doesn’t work properly. I set the temperature to 22C, but the room temperature is always at 18C. I reported these to housekeeping, but not much was done."

"Hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious even though it doesn't have many choice but it is good enough. The location is not too bad , it only 8~10 minutes walk from subway station. Will stay here again. "

"Hotel HD Palace was a solid hotel and in a convenient area, but the rooms could use an update. We noticed some mold in the shower and sink area when we arrived. To the staff’s credit, they promptly attempted another cleaning the next day. However, they were unable to get much of it off, which points to the need for a deeper clean/room update. We also noticed the smell of smoke for a few days in our room, and the staff wasn’t sure where it might be coming from. Again, the staff was welcoming...
