"Loved this facility for it's super convenience to the main strip of shopping--H&M, Uniqlo were all 1 minute away. The metro station was 1 minute away. Plenty of 7-11 and FamilyMart around too. We loved the daily breakfast, and the laundry room was in good shape. We stayed here twice on our trip and both times the rooms were excellent/spacious. The only complaint was that this hotel doesn't have a lobby where we can meet with our friends/relatives, so we sat in the empty dining room with lights turned off. But the staff worked super hard to accommodate all the guests and the luggage storage with cheerful and upbeat attitude. Highly recommend! "

"Comfiest beds in Taiwan! Really nice art throughout and a decent buffet. Food isn’t too fresh but you can order fresh eggs and coffee made to order. English was accepted here and check in and out was easy. The showers are amazing and really nice bathroom lighting and Dyson blow dryer. I’d say here again. "

"This hotel is conveniently located within multiple convenient stores nearby and just a short 10 minutes walk from the nearest MRT station. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The best is their breakfast buffet, the freshly baked croissants and their smoked salmon are my go-to everyday for the week I was there, I can never get tired of their breakfast! "

"We really enjoyed our stay. Period. The short version is that we'd highly recommend this place and stay here again without a doubt. A few details to make this more useful. When we got to the lobby, there was a particular scent/smell. Not strong, and we could not tell what it was and we probably got used to it. It was not bad, probably being in an old city with old buildings. We booked a regular room first, then decided to go up to a park view one, and were not disappointed. Incredibly nice view above the trees on the 10th floor. The room was bigger than expected, comfortable and clean. And the view was just a nice, green welcoming thing every morning. Two things to keep in mind: if you want all friendly smiles 14/7, this is not it. Some front desk folks were super nice and friendly, others were still correct, but more on the serious side, not a ton of emotion, smiles or anything. Not bad, just probably unexpected when the person that received us the first day was friendly. English was understood mostly. And you may find there is a VIP thing in hotels.com for this one, but the money won't give you much here as there is no room service, bar or restaurant. They did have some free snacks and water, coffee, etc and they left a banana and some more snacks for us daily. And the neighborhood is quiet and nice and good location, at the center of everything we wanted to do. But depending on your style, maybe far. We loved walking 5-15 miles per day... or you may need to jump on train?"
