"Stayed 3 nights. Had to ask for room change because of unbearable odor. Moved to executive floor but found roaches in room and business center. In the last morning morning water clogged in the bathroom. Having said that, the staffers were mostly very courteous and friendly. Learn that the hotel will be knocked Down on November 1st, 2019 for rebuilding to reappear Hyatt Centric location in 2024. I am sure it will shine like a star again but also become very expensive too because of its location."

"The hotel is situated in a busy commercial/residential. The location is very convenient - eateries, coffee shop, convenience store, transportation, all conveniently close. The hotel lobby is on the 4th floor and it is a bit strange that there was a neighbourhood wet market beneath the hotel (on the ground floor, around the back) but it did not affect my use of the hotel.
