"The entire experience from check in to check out was 10/10. The room was clean and bed was super comfortable. The breakfast had a good tasty selection.The staff were really friendly, helpful and attentive. We were lucky to be part of the Christmas party celebration - Holly Jolly, which was a really wonderful experience. "

Regular elevator maintanane performed during evening hours. No elevator and getting to the 8th floor is hard for anypersob over 60years old."

"Staff argued my booking, saying they had no record of me coming. Dirty room, no hot water, provided toiletries were leftovers from other guests. air con didn't work. Mini bar was an unplugged empty fridge, but it did work so I could keep things cool overnight. I didn't see any staff after checking in (They didn't ask for ID), so when checking out, I left my keys at the reception after my one night stay. Plus sides, 20 mins walk to the airport and Wi-Fi was good. "
