Very good location; about 5 min walk to the beach. The free breakfast has a good variety, and was good. There are plenty of spa/restaurants/attractions nearby too. Be careful with the room service menu, as you'll be charged incorrectly per their quantity - price.

We stayed here for 3 weeks and enjoyed the hospitality and good room service. Breakfasts were nice especially pho and omelettes served by friendly staff Mateo and Ruby. Henry and Kelly at reception were always helpful as well as John and Dai. We would highly recommend this place for location to beach, cafes and restaurants. Definitely good value!

I don’t typically leave reviews, but this property and its staff truly deserve recognition. I booked a total of three rooms for our stay from the 16th to the 22nd of October, and I can honestly say the experience was exceptional. The staff here are not only friendly but also incredibly genuine in their care and service. For example, when it started raining, they immediately offered us umbrellas without us even having to ask. Another standout moment was when I wanted to book a spa treatment—it was so convenient and the process was fast and seamless, making the experience all the more enjoyable. What I really want to highlight, though, is the excellent service I received during check-out on the 22nd of October at 9 AM. The lady who assisted me was exceptionally sincere and kind. We had booked a transport van from the hotel to the airport, which unfortunately arrived late. She not only apologized for the inconvenience but went a step further by offering us a full refund for the van. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really showcased the sincerity and dedication of the hotel staff. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a genuine and outstanding stay. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond left a lasting impression on me. PS: I’m an Expedia Gold member, and this hotel certainly lived up to the high standards that come with that membership!

I don’t usually leave a review for my stay as I feel it’s time consuming. I checked out on 22nd October af 9am at this property. We booked a total of 3 rooms and the staff at the reception were really helpful and friendly. One thing I would like to highlight was the geniune sincerity of the lady while I checked out. I booked a transport from the property to the airport. Though the vehicle came late, it was her sincerity that makes everything ok and even gave us a full refund for the transport. I will definitely book this hotel when I’m back in da nang.

The property in itself was good, nice rooftop pool and bar, the lobby is lovely and the staff were fantastic and helpful. The hotel is close to the beach with plenty of dining options close by. The only issue was the noise within the hotel made by other guests. Perhaps this was the location of my room - by a tall open courtyard space that seemed to amplify any noise. The noise is the only issue I had with this hotel.

Nice hotel. Very good location. Near the beach. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is really good. Beds are clean, big and comfortable. Lots of restaurants around. Nice pool at the top of the building with a nice ocean and city view. Price is good. Highly recommended. I will stay again.

It was actually quite a strange initial check-in when we arrived on a rainy day. No one came to assist to help carry the bags into the hotel, even the taxi driver said to me “I don’t think this is a good hotel”. However as we continued on into the stay things got a little better as the staff seem to warm up a little bit. Overall the hotel definitely seems a little dated was a reasonable size and decent location. I think this hotel provides reasonable value however I would not be rushing back to stay here again, wasn’t great, wasn’t bad, was just okay

Our stay at Sunny was disappointing considering the good reviews it had. We got a king bed room which ended up being two full beds and bedframes in a bed sheet. It means that if you have the misfortune to stray towards the middle, you will be laying on the bedframe edges. As the room wasn't designed for a "king" bed, the outlets, light switches and AC control were inconveniently located also in the middle of the bed. The staff was friendly but the service was also lackuster. When we asked for extra pillows as there were only two in the room, the pillows were unceremoniously dumped on the reception desk to be brought up by ourselves. The cleanliness standards were also poor. For example, the two elevators were very dirty and full of stains and the provided slippers had brown feet stains on them. All in all, our experience at Sunny made each return to the hotel quite bitter after walking past the array of much better looking hotels close by and in the same price range.

Great hotel in great location
Wonderful stay from start to finish. The staff were so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The room was huge and the beds were comfortable. The room is clean and well furnished. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options and changed every morning. I didn’t use the pool but the view from the pool is great. There is also a small gym with a treadmill. Could definitely recommend this place. Especially since it’s a 5min walk to the beach
