"This property is perfect for a weekend away in the lakes. It’s very central in Coniston but still quiet so much so we never took the cars out at all! The house is well equipped and beautifully appointed and the communication from Brad was excellent. As noted in the details the staircase is steep and one of the bathrooms is one the second floor but we just felt you needed to be careful on them and then they were fine. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor which was a bit tricky for us staying with young kids and not mentioned in the information, and the on street parking availability on the street mentioned nearby was really limited, but we travelled on a very busy school holiday weekend. "Booked for my husband's 60th. Accommodated the eight of us and the dog beautifully. Each couple had their own bathroom although the one by the front door was not ensuite but this was not a problem for us.The sofa is huge and we were all able it sit/stretchout comfortably. The townhouse is fitted out to a high standard and is well equipped. The staff were extremely helpful and sorted an issue with the sky box straight away.
