"I had a great stay,I booked the unit a day before my arrival and once booked I received all the check in info immediately, no key was needed all acess is through a keypad system which is nice.The unit was very spacious and cozy,I really liked the kitchen set-up,Carlisle is a wonderful city and fun to explore and the apartment was only a 5 minute walk to the train station."

"Unfortunately we were not offered the two bedroom apartment we had booked, instead we were offered a one bed apartment with a sofa bed. The sofa bed was very hard and not suitable for two people, not even children. We requested a partial refund for this and were assured we were entitled to one but this has not been received. "The property was very much as described. The lounge, with it's oak panelling and bay window was a delight to spend time in, the addition of the bookcase door was a real novelty. The kitchen was very well appointed, the bed was soft, with a heavy (possibly down) duvet. Not exactly my preference, but still comfortable and definitely warm.
